Here's a couple of the photos I took at the 1999 event.

Here our fearless leader, Bob Morgan, faces his canvas during the Quick Draw event. From the look in those eyes, I think Bob might have made an excellent gunfighter!

Susan Lyon painting at the Quick Draw. since so many people have asked, the painting box Susan is using is Open Box M  800-473-8098

Matt Smith trying to make a sale at the Camp Out.

The intrepid explorer Paul Mullaly at Camp Childs.

Quang Ho painting while a skeptical Ned Mueller looks on.

Here's one of Ned's paintings. You can see more of Ned's paintings at his website http://nedmueller.com/

Ralph Oberg painting some Montana haystacks.

Sandy Scott and her puppy. You can see her awesome work in her book, shown below. It can be ordered at 970-224-9899

Tom Browning -- doesn't he look cool in those shades!?

Don Prechtel painting at the camp. The only problem was that every time someone came over to see what he was doing, the whole pier rocked so much he nearly fell off a couple of times!

David Johnson -- our MC for the event. Wow, you should see his collection of Art!

Jessica Zemsky painting at the Quick Draw.

Matt Smith painting at Camp Child and the painting he's working on below.

Pretty awesome, I'd say! More of his work can be seen at MattSmith-FineArt.com

At the end of the week of camping and painting all the artists lined up their work for an informal show.

I got Matt to sit still for long enough to paint a portrait of him. He still contends that his nose just isn't this big.

And Sandy Scott posed for this one -- she said it looks exactly like her when she wakes up in the morning!
What a blast this show is! Can't wait for next year, hope you can join us.
